Tabata Weightlifting Stationary Bike

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of max effort on the stationary bike, followed by 10 seconds of rest
  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of max effort weightlifting (choose between power cleans, snatches, or thrusters), followed by 10 seconds of rest

Instructions:
- Alternate between the stationary bike and weightlifting movements for each Tabata interval
- Score is total calories burned on the bike and total reps completed in the weightlifting portion
- Push yourself to go all out during the work intervals
- Rest as needed between rounds to maintain intensity
