Tabata Skill Stationary Bike

Tabata:
- 8 rounds of:
- 20 seconds on Stationary Bike (sprint effort)
- 10 seconds rest


Skill Focus: Practice double unders for 5 minutes after completing the Tabata intervals.


Notes: Focus on maintaining a high intensity on the bike during the work intervals. Use the rest periods to recover and prepare for the next sprint effort. After completing the Tabata intervals, spend 5 minutes practicing double unders to improve coordination and efficiency in this movement.
