  • 200 Meter Sprint

Instructions:
- Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 15 calories on the stationary bike followed by a 200 meter sprint.
- Push yourself on the bike to get through the calories quickly, then give it your all on the sprint to maximize your rounds.
