  • SkiErg for max calories
  • Push Press for max reps

Instructions:
- Alternate between the SkiErg and Push Press every round
- Score is total calories on the SkiErg and total reps on the Push Press
- Rest 1 minute between movements
- Focus on maintaining good form and technique throughout each round.
