EMOM Weightlifting Slam Ball

Every Minute on the Minute for 15 minutes:
- 5 Hang Power Cleans
- 10 Slam Balls


Barbell: #135 / #95
Slam Ball Weight: #30 / #20


Instructions: Perform 5 Hang Power Cleans at the start of each minute, then complete 10 Slam Balls before the minute is up. Rest for the remainder of the minute. Repeat for a total of 15 minutes.
