EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Odd minutes: 15 Slam Balls
  • Even minutes: 200 Meter Run

Equipment: Slam Ball
Score: Total rounds completed


Instructions: Perform 15 Slam Balls at the start of each odd minute, then immediately go for a 200 Meter Run at the start of each even minute. Repeat for a total of 20 minutes. Try to maintain a consistent pace throughout the workout.
