Tabata Weightlifting Slam Ball

Tabata:


  • 8 Rounds (20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest):
    • Slam Ball Cleans
    • Slam Ball Overhead Lunges

Equipment:
- Slam Ball


Instructions:
- Alternate between Slam Ball Cleans and Slam Ball Overhead Lunges for 8 rounds of Tabata (total of 4 rounds per movement).
- Perform as many reps as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving to the next movement.
- Score is total reps completed for both movements combined.
