EMOM Weightlifting Slam BallEMOM for 20 minutes:
- 10 Slam Balls
- 5 Power Cleans
Equipment: Slam Ball, Barbell
Instructions:
- Every minute on the minute, perform 10 Slam Balls and 5 Power Cleans.
- Choose a challenging weight for the Power Cleans that allows you to maintain good form throughout the workout.
- Rest for the remainder of each minute after completing the required reps.
- Adjust the weight and reps as needed to maintain intensity and technique throughout the EMOM.
