Tabata Gymnastics Slam Ball

Tabata:


  • 20 seconds of Slam Balls
  • 10 seconds of rest
  • Repeat for a total of 8 rounds

Equipment: Slam Ball


Instructions: Perform as many Slam Balls as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Score is total number of reps completed. Adjust weight of Slam Ball as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
