Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of Slam Ball Overhead Lunges
    • 10 seconds of rest

Equipment:
- Slam Ball (choose a challenging weight)


Instructions:
- Perform 20 seconds of Slam Ball Overhead Lunges, alternating legs each round.
- Rest for 10 seconds between each round.
- Complete a total of 8 rounds.
- Choose a weight that challenges you but allows you to maintain good form throughout the workout.
