Tabata Weightlifting Slam Ball

Tabata Workout:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement:
1. Slam Balls
2. Power Cleans
3. Slam Balls
4. Power Cleans
5. Slam Balls
6. Power Cleans
7. Slam Balls
8. Power Cleans


Equipment:
- Slam Ball
- Barbell


Instructions:
- Perform as many reps as possible during the 20 seconds of work for each movement.
- Rest for 10 seconds between each round.
- Alternate between Slam Balls and Power Cleans for a total of 8 rounds.
- Score is the total number of reps completed across all rounds.
