Tabata Strength Slam Ball

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement
  • Alternating between:
    1. Slam Ball Squats
    2. Slam Ball Overhead Lunges

Equipment:
- Slam Ball


Instructions:
- Perform as many reps as possible during the 20 seconds of work for each movement
- Rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement
- Repeat for a total of 8 rounds (4 rounds of each movement)
- Score is total reps completed for both movements
