- 10 Slam Balls
- 5 Power Cleans
Equipment: Slam Ball, Barbell
Weight: Choose a challenging weight for the Power Cleans
Instructions: Complete 10 Slam Balls at the start of each minute, then perform 5 Power Cleans. Rest for the remainder of the minute. Repeat for a total of 12 minutes. Adjust weights as needed to maintain proper form and intensity throughout the workout.
