EMOM Weightlifting Slam Ball

EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Odd minutes: 10 Slam Balls (30/20 lb)
  • Even minutes: 5 Power Cleans (135/95 lb)

Instructions: Perform 10 Slam Balls at the start of each odd minute, then complete 5 Power Cleans at the start of each even minute. Repeat for a total of 20 minutes.


Notes: Focus on maintaining good form and speed throughout the workout. Adjust weights as needed to maintain intensity.
