AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Slam Balls
  • 15 Box Jumps
  • 200m Run

Equipment:
- Slam Ball
- Box


Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 10 Slam Balls, 15 Box Jumps, and a 200m Run. Alternate between the Slam Balls, Box Jumps, and Runs continuously for the duration of the workout. Keep a steady pace and push yourself to get as many rounds as possible within the time cap.
