Every Minute on the Minute for 20 minutes:
- 5 Power Cleans
- 10 Slam Balls


Barbell: #135 / #95
Slam Ball Weight: 20 / 15 lbs


Alternate between the Power Cleans and Slam Balls each minute. Rest the remainder of the minute after completing the required reps.


Note: This workout will challenge your strength and conditioning as you switch between two different movements each minute. Adjust the weight as needed to maintain good form throughout the workout.
