EMOM Weightlifting Slam Ball

EMOM for 20 minutes:
- Odd minutes: 10 Slam Balls
- Even minutes: 5 Power Cleans


Equipment: Slam Ball


Notes: Alternate between the Slam Balls and Power Cleans every minute on the minute for a total of 20 minutes. Choose a challenging weight for the Power Cleans to keep the intensity high throughout the workout.
