AMRAP in 15 minutes:
- 10 Slam Balls
- 15 Deadlifts
- 20 Box Jumps

- Slam Ball (30/20 lbs)
- Barbell (135/95 lbs)
- Box (24/20 inches)


Notes:
- Perform as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes, aiming for consistent movement and pacing throughout.
- Choose a weight for the deadlifts that allows for unbroken sets in the earlier rounds.
- Focus on explosiveness on the box jumps to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
