Tabata Weightlifting Slam Ball

Tabata:


  • 20 seconds of Slam Balls
  • 10 seconds of rest
  • Repeat for a total of 8 rounds

Equipment:
- Slam Ball


Instructions:
Perform as many Slam Balls as possible in the 20-second work intervals, then rest for 10 seconds before starting the next round. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Keep track of your total reps for each round and aim to maintain or increase your reps throughout the workout.
