AMRAP Skill Wall Ball

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Wall Balls
  • 5 Burpees
  • 5 Toes-to-Bar

Equipment: Wall Ball


Instructions:
Perform as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 10 Wall Balls, 5 Burpees, and 5 Toes-to-Bar. Make sure to hit the target with each Wall Ball, and maintain proper form throughout the workout. Keep a steady pace and push yourself to keep moving for the full duration of the AMRAP.
