AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Wall Balls
  • 5 Handstand Push-ups

Equipment: Wall Ball


Instructions: Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 10 Wall Balls and 5 Handstand Push-ups. Make sure to maintain proper form on both movements to maximize the effectiveness of the workout. Rest as needed between rounds to maintain intensity throughout the duration of the workout.
