AMRAP Skill Wall BallAMRAP in 15 minutes:
- 15 Wall Balls
- 10 Handstand Push-ups
- 5 Power Cleans
Equipment: Wall Ball
Instructions: Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 15 Wall Balls, 10 Handstand Push-ups, and 5 Power Cleans. Scale the handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or push-ups as needed. Adjust the weight of the Power Cleans to a challenging but manageable level. Keep track of your rounds and reps completed.
