AMRAP Skill Wall BallAMRAP 15 Minutes:
- 15 Wall Balls (20/14 lbs)
- 10 Toes-to-Bar
- 5 Handstand Push-ups
Instructions: Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes. Make sure to maintain proper form on all movements, especially the handstand push-ups. Scale the movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
