Tabata Skill Bench

Tabata:


  • Bench Press (135/95 lbs)
  • Handstand Push-ups

Instructions:
Perform 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for each movement, alternating between Bench Press and Handstand Push-ups. Focus on form and technique during the work intervals to improve skill and strength.


Notes:
Ensure proper warm-up and scaling options are available for all athletes. Push-ups can be substituted for Handstand Push-ups if needed.
