Tabata:


  • Handstand Push-ups (4 minutes)
  • Double-unders (4 minutes)

Instructions:
Perform 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for each movement, alternating between handstand push-ups and double-unders for a total of 8 rounds (4 minutes) each. Score is total reps completed for both movements combined.


Notes:
Make sure to scale the movements as needed to maintain good form throughout the Tabata intervals. Focus on quality over quantity, especially for the handstand push-ups to avoid any risk of injury.
