Tabata Skill Bench

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of Bench Press
    • 10 seconds rest

Equipment:
- Bench


Instructions:
Perform as many reps as possible of Bench Press during the 20 second work intervals, then rest for 10 seconds. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Select a weight that challenges you but allows for proper form throughout the entire workout.
