Tabata Skill Wall Ball

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of Wall Balls
    • 10 seconds rest

Skill Focus: Focus on maintaining consistent technique throughout the Tabata intervals. Keep a strong core and proper squat form throughout each rep.


Equipment:
- Wall Ball


Instructions: Perform as many Wall Balls as possible in each 20-second work interval, then rest for 10 seconds before starting the next round. Keep track of your total reps for each round and strive to maintain or increase your reps as the workout progresses.
