Tabata Skill Bench

Tabata:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for each movement:
- Bench Press
- Toes-to-Bar
- Handstand Push-ups
- Box Jumps


Instructions:
- Complete 8 rounds of each movement before moving on to the next.
- Score is the total number of reps completed across all movements.
- Choose a weight for the bench press that allows for consistent movement throughout the 20 seconds.
- Scale the toes-to-bar to hanging knee raises if needed.
- Scale handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or seated dumbbell press as necessary.
- Choose a box height for box jumps that challenges but allows for quick and consistent reps.
