Tabata Skill Bench

Tabata:


  • Bench Press (135#/95#)
  • Handstand Push-ups
  • Toes-to-Bar
  • Double Unders

Tabata Structure:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement
- Complete all 8 rounds of one movement before moving to the next


Notes:
- Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the Tabata
- Focus on quality of movement and proper form
- Score is the total number of reps completed across all movements
