Tabata Skill Box

Tabata:


  • 8 Rounds (20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest) of:
    • Box Jumps
    • Handstand Push-ups

Equipment:
- Box


Instructions:
Perform 20 seconds of max effort box jumps, followed by 10 seconds of rest. Then, perform 20 seconds of max effort handstand push-ups, followed by 10 seconds of rest. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Score is total reps completed.


Notes:
Make sure to scale the handstand push-ups if needed to maintain proper form and safety. Use a box height that challenges you but allows for consistent movement throughout the workout.
