  • Wall Balls (20/14 lbs)

Skill Focus:


  • Work on consistent wall ball technique throughout the Tabata intervals.

Instructions:


Perform 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for each movement. Focus on hitting the target consistently and maintaining good form throughout each round. Rest 1 minute between movements. Aim for maximum reps each round.
