Tabata:
- Box Jumps
- Double Unders
- Handstand Push-ups


Instructions:
Perform each movement for 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for a total of 8 rounds. Rest 1 minute between each movement. Focus on technique and efficiency during each interval.
