Tabata:


  • Barbell Snatch (75% of 1RM)
  • Burpees over the Bar

Skill Emphasis: Focus on technique and efficiency in the barbell snatch during each 20-second work interval. Rest for 10 seconds before transitioning to burpees over the bar. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds (4 for each movement).


Instructions: Perform as many reps as possible of barbell snatches in 20 seconds, aiming for consistent form throughout. Rest for 10 seconds, then switch to burpees over the bar for the next 20-second interval. Alternate between the two movements for a total of 8 rounds, resting 1 minute between rounds. Score is total reps completed.
