  • 5 Handstand Push-ups
  • 15 Kettlebell Swings

Skill Focus: Handstand Push-ups


Notes:
- Scale handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or seated dumbbell presses if needed.
- Choose a wall ball weight and kettlebell weight that allow you to keep moving with minimal breaks.
