AMRAP 20 Minutes:


  • 15 Wall Balls
  • 10 Toes-to-Bar
  • 5 Handstand Push-ups

Equipment: Wall Ball


Notes: Focus on maintaining good form throughout the workout, especially on the Toes-to-Bar and Handstand Push-ups. Scale the movements as needed to keep moving for the full 20 minutes.
