EMOM Skill Medicine Ball

EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Odd minutes: 10 Wall Balls (20/14 lbs)
  • Even minutes: 5 Handstand Push-ups

Equipment:
- Medicine Ball


Instructions:
Perform 10 Wall Balls at the start of each odd minute, then rest for the remainder of the minute. On even minutes, complete 5 Handstand Push-ups before resting. Alternate between the two movements for a total of 20 minutes. Adjust reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
