AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 20 Wall Balls
  • 15 Toes-to-Bar
  • 10 Handstand Push-ups

- Medicine Ball

- Choose a challenging weight for the wall balls that allows you to complete sets with minimal breaks.
- Scale the toes-to-bar and handstand push-ups as needed to maintain consistent movement throughout the workout.
