    • 20 seconds of Double-Unders
    • 10 seconds of Rest

Instructions:
Perform as many double-unders as possible in the 20-second work interval, then rest for 10 seconds before starting the next round. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Focus on maintaining good form and technique throughout the workout.
