Instructions:
Perform 50 Bench Press followed by 50 Toes-to-Bar. Finish with an 800 Meter Run. Choose a weight for the Bench Press that allows for consistent movement throughout the workout. Aim to maintain good form on the Toes-to-Bar to efficiently work through the reps. Push the pace on the 800 Meter Run to finish strong. Time cap: 20 minutes.
