For Time:


  • 21-15-9
    • Bench Press (135/95 lbs)
    • Burpees over Bench
  • 50 Double-unders after each round

Equipment:
- Bench
- Jump Rope


Time Cap: 12 Minutes


Instructions: Complete 21 Bench Press, then 21 Burpees over the Bench, followed by 50 Double-unders. Continue to descend in reps for Bench Press and Burpees, always finishing with 50 Double-unders before moving on to the next round. Aim to move quickly through the movements while maintaining good form and technique.
