  • 10 Bench Press
  • 15 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Box Jumps

Equipment:
- Bench
- Box


Notes:
- Choose a weight for the bench press that allows you to complete each set unbroken.
- Focus on maintaining good form throughout the toes-to-bar to maximize efficiency.
- Box jumps should be performed with full extension at the top of each rep.
- Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
