EMOM for 20 minutes:
- Odd minutes: 5 Bench Press at 70% of 1RM
- Even minutes: 10 Toes-to-Bar

- Focus on keeping a tight core and controlled movement during the bench press.
- Scale the toes-to-bar to knees-to-chest or hanging knee raises if needed.
