  • 15 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Box Jumps

Notes:
- Choose a weight for the Bench Press that allows for unbroken sets in the earlier rounds.
- Focus on maintaining good form and technique throughout the Toes-to-Bar.
- Scale the height of the Box Jump as needed to maintain safety and intensity.
