  • 15 Bench Press (135/95 lbs)
  • 40 Double-Unders
  • 12 Bench Press (155/105 lbs)
  • 30 Double-Unders
  • 9 Bench Press (185/135 lbs)

Bench: Use a standard bench for the bench press.
Time Cap: 10 Minutes.


Notes: Focus on maintaining good form and speed on the double-unders to conserve energy for the bench press. Choose weights that challenge you, but allow you to complete each set unbroken.
