AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 10 Bench Press
  • 15 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Box Jumps

Equipment:
- Bench
- Box


Notes:
- Choose a challenging weight for the Bench Press that allows you to complete the 10 reps unbroken for the first few rounds.
- Scale Toes-to-Bar to Knees-to-Elbows or Hanging Knee Raises as needed.
- Box height should be set to a challenging but manageable height for explosive jumps.
