Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest
  • Alternating between:
    • Bench Press (135/95 lbs)
    • Handstand Push-ups

Equipment:

Instructions:
Perform 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for each exercise, alternating between bench press and handstand push-ups for a total of 8 rounds. Score is the total number of reps completed. Make sure to scale the movements accordingly to maintain good form throughout the workout.
