  • 10 Box Jumps
  • 15 Kettlebell Swings
  • 20 Double Unders
  • 25 ft Handstand Walk

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of 10 box jumps, 15 kettlebell swings, 20 double unders, and a 25 ft handstand walk. Scale the handstand walk to a bear crawl if needed.
