- 5 Bench Press at 70% of 1RM
- 10 Toes-to-Bar

Instructions:
Perform 5 Bench Press reps at 70% of your 1-rep max at the start of each minute, then complete 10 Toes-to-Bar for the remainder of the minute. Rest the remainder of the minute before starting the next round. Adjust the weight of the Bench Press as needed to maintain good form throughout the workout.
