  • 10 Bench Press (135/95 lbs)
  • 15 Box Jumps (24/20 inches)
  • 20 Toes-to-Bar

Instructions:
- Choose a challenging weight for the bench press that allows you to complete sets unbroken.
- Focus on maintaining good form throughout the box jumps to avoid injury.
- Scale toes-to-bar to hanging knee raises if needed.
- Keep moving consistently throughout the 20-minute AMRAP.
