AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Wall Balls
  • 5 Handstand Push-ups
  • 15 Box Jumps
  • 10 Toes-to-Bar

Equipment: Wall Ball


Instructions: This workout is designed to challenge both strength and skill. Each round should be completed as quickly as possible to maximize rounds and reps in the 15-minute time cap. Make sure to maintain proper form on all movements, especially the handstand push-ups and toes-to-bar.
